Custom Fabrication

 

Purpose-built metalwork in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, designed to fit your exact application. From a simple bracket to a custom greenhouse cart or farm implement, every piece is built around how it will actually be used in the field or the shop.


We fabricate brackets, frames, guards, supports, racks, shop fixtures, trailer components, equipment upgrades, and one-off builds of all sizes. Each project is approached with a focus on proper fit, durability, and real-world function.

Welding Repair

 

We repair cracked, broken, or worn steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts, including equipment, trailers, gates, frames, brackets, and other fabricated components.


Repairs are assessed based on the type of failure and how the part is used. Work may involve welding, reinforcement, rebuilding sections, or replacing damaged areas to restore proper function and strength.

Mobile Welding

On-site welding service for work that cannot easily be brought into the shop. Blue Horse Metalworks serves farms, shops, yards, jobsites, facilities, and businesses across Niagara and surrounding areas.


Mobile welding is suited for equipment repairs, trailer repairs, gates, brackets, frames, supports, machinery components, and fixed items that need to be repaired or modified where they sit.

Urgent mobile welding may be available 24/7/365 when needed. Agriculture and industry do not always stop after regular business hours, and Blue Horse is built to support customers when important equipment, production, or operations are down.


Before arriving, we may ask for photos, measurements, material details, and access information so the job can be assessed properly and the right equipment can be brought to site.
